1) PD-0332334 study with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

• Age 18-65
• Male or Female
• Diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
• Double-Blind study evaluating efficacy, tolerability & safety of PD-00332334 in comparison to Paroxetine (Paxil) & placebo
• 3/5 chance of receiving PD0332334 Bid, vs. 1/5 chance of Paroxetine (Paxil) vs. 1/5 chance of placebo
• 12 week study outpatient study
• 9 scheduled study visits
• Exclusion criteria-Regular use (5/7 days per week), of benzodiazepines during the 3 months prior to screening
• Compensation for each completed scheduled study visit

2) Ziprasidone (Geodon)-Efficacy of Switching from Seroquel to Geodon

• Age 18 & older
• Male or Female
• Diagnosis of Schizophrenia or Schizoaffective Disorder
• Must be on a stable dose of Seroquel only for 3 months
• Open-label Ziprasidone 40mg Bid vs. 60mg Bid vs. 80mg Bid
• 32 Week study Outpatient Study

3) Halo Cognition Study

• Age 18 & older
• Male or Female
• Diagnosis of Schizophrenia Only
• Must be on a stable dose of Geodon, Risperdal or Seroquel for at least 3 months & will continue on their medication

• 12 -Week outpatient study

4) Loxapine for Inhalation in Schizophrenic patients with Agitation
